Witnex is SaaS technology based company that provides a cloud based solution for law firms and attorney to find and collaborate with expert witnesses. The company's goal is to improve the workflow process and productivity of lawyers with regards to working with experts through the lifecycle of the pending matter. As of October 2016, using its proprietary technology driven model, Witnex has reviewed over 25,000 experts across the country. And through its internal interview and qualification process, Witnex has included some 2,000 qualified experts covering over 500 specialties. Its experts cover such areas as medical malpractice, personal injury, and mass torts. Witnex takes the work of searching, reviewing and interviewing experts away from attorneys, so they may focus on other productive work. In 4Q16, the company will launch v2.0 which will allow its users to upload case files into its cloud system to work directly experts, including work tools to allow annotations, highlighting and note writing.
