DealSharp is an AI negotiation tool for law firms and corporate finance (M&A) advisors. Lawyers and advisors use it to rehearse a negotiation by video or voice against an AI counterpart that plays the other side. They also use it to plan tactics in a strategy chat, test positions against their firm's playbooks, get live help during the meeting, and track open items clause by clause. Each practice session is scored, with feedback on the key moments and on individual negotiation skills. Customer data is hosted in the EU and is never used to train models. DealSharp has completed SOC 2 Type 1 and is ISO/IEC 27001 certified. It was founded in Oslo, Norway, by Herman Sigmond, Eivind Kjosbakken and Bardh Musichi. DealSharp (dealsharp.ai) is not affiliated with dealsharp.com.
