Combining online workflows and automation with lawyer review, it offers company formation, tax registration and electronic signature setup, trademark filing before the national intellectual property authority (SENADI), contract drafting and review, recurring legal support, and collection of overdue invoices. The platform uses technology and legal intelligence to standardize intake and case handling while delivering the underlying legal work as a service.
