Lexit is a subscription legal-technology platform built for legal practice in the Dominican Republic. It provides digital case files with kanban status tracking, deadlines and reminders, and an activity timeline; a directory of notaries and court officers searchable by jurisdiction and specialty; and document templates covering civil, criminal, labor, family, real-estate, commercial, administrative, and notarial matters aligned with current Dominican codes. Its artificial-intelligence features include extraction of identity data from photographs of Dominican identity cards and summarization of court decisions to identify similar cases, and the platform supports electronic signature of documents through shared links. Its plans are designed for solo lawyers and multi-lawyer firms.
