ORSR.Help

ORSR.Help is a Slovak online legal-technology application for preparing documentation to incorporate limited-liability companies (s.r.o.) and to file subsequent changes in the Slovak commercial and trade registers. Using an automated, AI-assisted workflow, the platform generates the required documents in real time and supports electronic signing with a national eID card and qualified electronic signature (KEP) via the slovensko.sk and qesportal.sk portals. It also offers optional representation before the commercial and trade registries. The service is used by consumers and businesses as well as professional intermediaries such as lawyers and accountants, and it was developed by Legal Tech Factory Europe.
