SignSealShip is a technology platform that combines electronic signature, remote online notarization coordination, and tracked physical delivery of executed documents into a single workflow. It is used for out-of-state and remote closings, powers of attorney, affidavits, vehicle title paperwork, and other documents that must be signed, notarized, and then delivered as originals. It serves consumers, law firms, corporate legal teams, and title and escrow companies. Pricing is pay-per-use rather than subscription, with government and notary fees itemized and passed through at cost. A public verification portal lets any recipient check a sealed document independently, and a partner API (OpenAPI 3.1) exposes the same workflow to developers. SignSealShip is not a law firm and not a notary. Notarial acts are performed by independent commissioned notaries and an approved remote online notarization provider under the law of the commissioning state.
