Trusted Directive

Trusted Directive is a consumer digital estate vault for storing wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, deeds, insurance policies and account inventories, distributed to families through estate planning attorneys and financial advisors rather than sold direct. Beyond storage the company describes two features: "Gap Discovery", which classifies uploaded documents into 18 categories and flags items that are missing or approaching expiration, and a "Verify-Silence Release Protocol" intended to release pre-authorized access to designated contacts after a set window of non-response by the account holder, so as to cover incapacity as well as death. Partner attorneys and advisors are given a portal for inviting clients plus metadata-only reporting on client document gaps and plan age. Pricing is stated as $120 for the first year and $60 a year thereafter following a 30-day trial; as of August 2026 the product is pre-launch, with the site inviting waitlist signups and marking several capabilities as "in development for alpha", and the company describes itself as self-funded and not a law firm.
