UpGrowth is an Algerian company-formation and market-entry platform based in Algiers. Alongside its advisory work it builds and publishes free legal-reference tools covering Algerian law and business registration. These include a search index of the Journal Officiel of Algeria covering 5,288 issues from 1962 to 2026, which maps each issue to the location of its official PDF on the government portal joradp.dz, and a reverse index from legal-text references (for example decret 15-249) to the gazette issues in which they appear. It also publishes searchable directories of the CNRC commercial activity nomenclature (2,134 codes in French, English and Arabic, each with its supervising ministry and governing legal texts) and the ANAE auto-entrepreneur activity list (1,491 activities), a NIF taxpayer-identifier verification tool, and social-contribution and flat-tax calculators. The underlying datasets are released under CC BY 4.0 and archived with a DOI (10.5281/zenodo.22237489). The tools are free to use and require no registration. The advisory business serves founders registering companies in Algeria and foreign companies entering the Algerian market.
