Viewpoints.ai is an AI-powered jury simulation and litigation strategy platform built on research from Stanford media psychologists. Litigators use Viewpoints to test case themes, arguments, witnesses, damages, and trial strategy with venue-matched simulated jurors before trial. Users can upload case materials and run studies with hundreds of AI jurors, analyze individual and panel-level reactions, compare alternative arguments or presentations, and conduct simulated jury deliberations. The platform is designed to help legal teams understand how different juror profiles may perceive a case and identify potential risks, persuasive themes, and holdout dynamics earlier in the litigation process. Viewpoints.ai is currently used by Am Law 100 firms and national insurance companies for litigation and trial preparation.
